Begin by creating a SENbrook account and completing our short intake questionnaire. This helps us understand your child’s learning profile, including their needs, learning style, current academic level, and any specific goals you may have. The information you provide allows our team to prepare before speaking with you and ensures we can recommend tutors who are genuinely suited to your child.
Once your questionnaire has been reviewed, you will be invited to arrange a short consultation with our SEN Manager. During this call we discuss your child in more detail, clarify any important background information, and answer any questions you may have about the process. This conversation allows us to fully understand your child before recommending the most suitable specialist tutors.
After we identify a suitable tutor, you will be invited to book a free guided session. This first meeting allows your child and the tutor to get to know each other, understand how sessions will work, and assess whether the teaching style and personality are the right fit. If both sides feel comfortable, regular sessions can then be arranged moving forward.
